In 2015, Diinesh co founded Kaadoo Games, creating wildlife themed board games that bring the jungle into homes. These games spark curiosity, nurture awareness, and make conservation approachable for families and children.

Kaadoo Trails & Beyond

Extending the vision outdoors, Kaadoo Trails & Beyond curates immersive wildlife journeys and safaris. These experiences combine adventure with mentorship, offering budding photographers on field guidance to sharpen their repertoire and storytelling skills. More than travel, they are immersive classrooms in the wild.

Mentorship & Academia

As visiting faculty at Mindscreen Film Institute, Chennai, and through workshops across India, Diinesh has mentored the next generation of visual storytellers. His teaching is not confined to technical precision; it is about cultivating clarity, ethics, and the art of seeing before shooting.

Over the years, many of his students have gone on to become successful Directors of Photography (DOPs) for short films, documentaries, and feature films across India. Their achievements in cinema and visual media stand as living proof of the foundation laid during their time under his guidance. Diinesh’s mentorship has thus created a ripple effect — shaping not only individual careers but also the broader visual language of contemporary storytelling in India.

At Fujifilm’s X Academy, he plays a pivotal role in shaping and guiding the wildlife photography portfolio of equipment and products. His insights bridge the gap between technology and practice, ensuring that both seasoned professionals and budding wildlife photographers gain an edge in fast moving, unpredictable environments.

Diinesh Kumble

From the laboratories of chemical engineering at Texas A&M University, USA to the untamed wilderness of India and Africa, Diinesh Kumble’s journey has been one of reinvention, clarity, and impact. What began as a career in science evolved into a life dedicated to storytelling, through images, words, and experiences that inspire conservation and education.

Sony India Artisan (2016–2023) — the first Indian wildlife photographer on Sony’s global panel, guiding their early foray into mirrorless cameras and lenses for wildlife image-making, with insights on UI and UX tailored for fast action photography.
Fujifilm X-Ambassador Panel (2024 – present) — shaping the evolution of photographic technology and content creation, while mentoring at Fujifilm’s X Academy, where he helps budding photographers harness equipment to elevate their craft.
